The first 20 registrants (18 or older) who do the following get a $100 stipend at 4 p.m. on October 7 at Monrovia Library Park.

• Register for free here and submit your family friendly design on the theme, Our Planet is Our Future, to christine@monroviafinearts.org by September 9.
• When you receive approval a few days later, pick up a 1’ x 1’ canvas at our partner office: Century 21 Adams & Barnes, 433 W. Foothill Blvd, 9am-5pm M-F.
• Bring your 1’ x 1’ painting to the Chalkfest on October 7 for our silent auction.
• Complete your chalk mural following your approved design by 3:30 p.m. on October 7.

The group of participating chalk artists that day will review all the artwork and name the Grand Prize Winner.
Show attendees will judge all the work to name the People's Choice award.
